• Executive Director
  • Seeds of Learning Early Care and Education Center (SOL), a NAEYC qualified center, is accepting applications for their Executive Director position in Pagosa Springs, CO serving children ages 2 ½-5 years. The Executive Director is responsible for providing management, leadership, and integrity in the operations of SOL. The Executive Director will manage all aspects of the program including ECE legal/fiscal components, staff management, educational programming, operations/facilities management, stakeholder relations, fundraising, and will serve as a model for family support through family-centered practices. Must be knowledgeable in the field of budget management, and grant writing knowledge is preferred. A full job description is available at growingseeds.org. 
  • Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood (or like degree), preferably a Colorado Director Qualified Certificate with experience as an ECE preschool teacher and/or director. This is a 40-hour a week year-round position with a starting salary between $65,000 – $70,000, depending upon qualifications.
